IMPORTANCE OF REGULAR CHECKUPS.
The general wellbeing of a person may be easily determined from a general observation either by oneself or a doctor.
A number of diseases however multiply in the body unknowingly or asymptomatically, these turnout to be fatal when finally discovered.
It should thus be everyones initiative to go for regular check ups and especially be in the know about their vitals eg blood pressure, weight, glucose levels among others.
Non communicable diseases among them diabetes and cancer are on the rise and therefore the only way is to have frequent check ups. Remenber prevention is better than cure, so take advantage of even free medical camps if it is expensive to visit a doctor, you can alternatively buy yourself checking machines such as glucometers ,thermometers and balance to use at home.
